For your convenience, vix-life.com offers free delivery (single location only) for orders above 600 HKD and/or per full case of 6 bottles. A fee will be charged for orders under 600HKD and/or under one full case of 6 bottles.

Delivery service will be available for location in Hong Kong within Hong Kong island, Kowloon, N.T. Outlying islands are not covered by our delivery services.

Delivery service will only be arranged once payment has been received and confirmed by us.

Deliveries will be made Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays) from 10:30am to 6:00pm.

Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

You can view the estimated delivery date on our confirmation notice or call our office at our business hour.

Your order will delivered by a courier, a signature is required on delivery. Please examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. By Signing the delivery note, you acknowledge that your order is correct and that you accept the package.

You may authorize another person to sign the parcel for you. The authorized person acknowledges the same, once delivery note is signed.

vix-life.com reserves the right to charge a separate delivery fee if you are not available to accept delivery at the arranged delivery time.

For same day delivery order, vix-life-com will decide whether or not it is feasible and may charge an additional cost for delivery.

In the event that typhoon signal No8 or above, Black Rain Storm warning being hoisted, we may not proceed any order on schedule, customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.

Please remember to leave us your contact details when placing your order so that our representative can contact you regarding the delivery time.

We only deliver to one address per order. If you wish us to deliver to more than that one address please place a separate order for each location.

If you have a specific date by which you must have your wine please specify it in the "Remarks" field at the Checkout or just call/email us and we'll try to sort it out.

For orders below HK$600.00 and/or under one full case of 6 bottles you can either collect free of charge at our pick-up address stated below, or we charge HK$150.00 for local delivery (HK, KWLN, N.T. except Outlying islands).
