Tasting Note: The nose is immediately highlighted with the minerality of the terroir. Subtle seaside, white flowers and white fleshed fruits notes are followed by fresh bread aromas. The mouth perfectly suits the complexity and elegance of the nose. Well balanced between a citrussy freshness and the richness of a fruit with the flavour of ripe pears, it leaves a vanilla nearly spicy sensation on the palate. Sharp and subtle when young it evolves to being rounder with jammier aromas when older. If you dont feel like waiting, decanting it will unleash it multi-facetted complexity. We recommend a serving temperature of 10 to 12⁰c.
