Tasting Note:  The nose is immediately highlighted with the minerality of the terroir. Subtle seaside, white flowers and white fleshed fruits notes are followed by fresh bread aromas. The mouth perfectly suits the complexity and elegance of the nose. Well balanced between a citrussy freshness and the richness of a fruit with the flavour of ripe pears, it leaves a vanilla nearly spicy sensation on the palate. Sharp and subtle when young it evolves to being rounder with jammier aromas when older. If you dont feel like waiting, decanting it will unleash it multi-facetted complexity. We recommend a serving temperature of 10 to 12⁰c.

  • Detail Information
  • This wine comes from 4 different plots of land with south-east to South-west and due East sun exposures. The diversity of the plots of land brings a great finesse and an amazing complexity to this beautiful Chablis. It is recommended by La Revue du Vin de France, which is France's top wine magazine. As regards with the domain it was created in 1212 by Cistercian monks: the Abbaye du Petit Quincy is a welcoming place in marvelous surroundings. This domain found its winemaking vocation once again with the arrival of the Gruhier family in 1990. Since then, the wines have evolved under the influence of Dominique to become renowned amongst both professionals and amateurs alike as being emblematic of Burgundy (Coup de coeur Guide Hachette, Guide Gault et Millau, Revue des Vins de France, and won medals in Paris, Mâcon, etc...).
